We are taking registrations for people who want an alternative method of weight loss.
Most people who start a diet or exercise regiment don't stick to it long term. The pounds usually come back if no discipline is set in the intention. This class allows the student to set his/her intention and then work toward a sustaning process. Rather than starving and strenuous workouts we focus on nutrition and body needs on a weekly basis.
